honestly i find that roblox's website tends to be a bit slow, check it in a couple of minutes and it'll likely load correctly.

it might be becasue of the group limit
the limit is 100 so if you are in more then 100 groups you cant join
and if you arent actually in 100 groups then i'd recommend to wait
this might be the websites fault
