This is a good rewrite of the rules! I've been considering changing the format of the rules because at the moment, they're a bit hard to read. Of course, It's a bit of an "interesting" process because I don't own the forum but I might discuss a format change with admins. I think having too many rules visible on one page makes the page confusing, however I am kinda undecisive about this. I might add redirects on the thread that link to the mod update threads, or I might just shove everything in there like you've done. No clue yet, it'll definitely happen in the future though.
