Yea the ads are personalized. They get info on what sites you go commonly to and then show ads similar to what you like. Unless you somehow set it to be un-personalized and it just popped up randomly.

Hi so I made my Boeing 737 into a fighter jet

I thought it was slow and colourless so i replaced some chairs with rocket engines I also coloured it too
Now time to add weapons so i added 5 turrets on top of the plane 3 of them had 3 guns each and the other 2 had 3 missiles each i also added 2 flamet...
