Domain cant renew (Last day urgent)
I cant get the renew domain payment to work, there is some bug. Please help me reach support as my ticket is getting ignored. The domain will be deleted today so its last chance for me to renew.

Hi Sem. Sure.
It basically have not allowed me to renew the domain charge during "grace period" (i tried like 30 times to pay and enter adress, use different cards and accounts to pay etc) and now it is in "redemption period" and it is charging even more.
Make sure your adblocker is disabled, can you not see the captcha?
I can see the captcha and it validates fine, I have disabled adblocker, tested with both Arc, Chrome and Safari + on chrome and safari on mobile.
Why is my support ticket on the site not answered after over a week?
Now the grace period is over and the domain is locked with the 55$ charge to open it.
Seems non existing actual support.
How to get in contact with actual support with admin access to my account that can resolve the matter and get my site up again?
