FPS drops when playing playing Valorant on a laptop

I have a HP Pavilion 15 laptop and I play Valorant. Suddenly, I faced FPS drops like it drops crazy from 60 to 30 FPS. Specs are:- RAM:- 8GB DDR4 @ 3200 Mhz SSD:- 512 GB NVME CPU:- Intel Core i5 12th Generation GPU:- Intel Iris Xe OS:- Windows 11 with the latest updates.
