Select Roles/ Users
Hello,
I've skipped through the bots commands and help, I'm wondering if there is a way to make it so certain users (or roles) messages don't count towards a starboard.
For example; Liam sent a message and gets six '⭐' reactions, but this account or one of his roles is blacklisted, meaning no matter how many reactions he gets, his message won't be added to the starboad.

I think you can do that with permroles

yes, just change the permission for receive-votes to false
