How do i stop auto download, even tho I have turned off the automatic download but it still starts downloading own its on

The automatic download option applies to non-mandatory packages like skins, etc.; however, some resources that are mandatory to play the game will be downloaded automatically....

when you install the game for the first time
The game is still gonna download the data it needs no matter what
After you download like some maps and outfits then the downloads will stop
