Ok
you know fermet's principle @まvis_hあ
?
Yeah
so whats the issue?
Finding the length
"kinematics snell's law problem" is a hell of a title
lol yeah
Ok😓
i think min deviation vali condition se ho jana chahiye
hang on i think i might have it
yes
the ray inside the prism is parallel to the base so the incident angle is whatever causes minimum deviation
if you have the incident angle, you also have the emergent angle since i=e when the ray is parallel to base
and you can use the incident angle to do some trigonometry and get the distance of point A to the prism (same as point B to the prism)
once you have how much distance the light ray has travelled via trigonometry and stuff
you know the speed of light in air (c)
and the speed of light in glass (c / refractive index)
you have A to the prism, and prism to B
you need how much distance the light has actually travelled in the prism now
Ok
mujhe neend aa rhi kuch na kuch geometry kar lo
mil jaana chahiye
Thanks
