help !!! recovery
im trying to recover my account but only getting automated reply .the support think im trying to appeal but i dont have access to the account to know if its banned or not . pls help im trying since month .

Recovering your account makes no difference.
i didnt ask for your help . plus if cheater stole the account and ban it its not my fault
Only people who can help you is RIOT SUPPORT and since they aren’t helping you, you aren’t gonna get any help from here.

as you going and ping rioter to get help i have same rights . so if you can say something helpful thank you if you cant also thankyou . will still try to get help anywhere
A Valorant dev has already confirmed your ban was warranted and justified. If you wish to appeal the decision you will have to submit a ticket with Riot support. Nothing else can be done here.

First point my account is hacked stolen im trying to recover it
second point i have no idea if the account is banned or not because i have no access
third point if dev confirms the account is banned that doesn’t mean i did the ban . The one who stole it got it banned which is not me
im making ticket with riot support but im getting automated replies thought from the system im trying to appeal and not recover account

I understand perfectly.
1) if the account was compromised and you need to recover it, then you have to submit a ticket with support
2) The Riot dev confirmed the account was banned
3) you may not have caused the account to be banned but irrelevant when an account is suspended due to cheating
4) you can try messaging the official Riot support twitter in an attempt to reach a live individual
tips to protect your Riot/VAL account:
* never share your account or account creds with ANYONE (they can then be shared with additional people without your knowledge, or your account taken over by the other person, and this happens all the time).
* never login into any site with your Riot credentials other than http://authenticate.riotgames.com/. this includes 3rd party applications that ask for your Riot credentials. for any applications that use our official 3rd party API, you should be redirected to this site to log in. if not, don't do it or your credentials can be compromised due to malicious apps, insecure storage/transmission, or session hijacking.
* add 2FA to your Riot account (https://support-leagueoflegends.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/4415714343187-Two-Factor-Authentication-How-to-FAQ)
* add 2FA to the email account tied to your Riot account
* make sure that your Riot account and associated email account do not share the same password.
* verify your email on your Riot account so that the settings can't be changed without access to that email (https://support-leagueoflegends.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201751744-Email-Verification-FAQ)
* if you have already been hacked and have an alternate email, change the email tied to your Riot account to a different email address.
* if you have already been hacked, change the password on both your Riot account and associated email account.
* if you have already been hacked, go to https://account.riotgames.com/ and click LOG OUT EVERYWHERE under Login Management.

Yes let me recover it and have access to it and promise you will protect it more than my children
all what i need someone from valorant staff or riot just to look into the ticket and switch to reocver and not appeal
i dont know if its mistake from system or bot mixed it or whatever happen
but i need them to see im trying to reocver and not appeal
Make sure you’re submitting the ticket under the correct tab
He did that i thought he did wrong ticket but check it out with him he did it correctly
I think what had him fked up as he explain is he had health problems and when support reply to him in first ticket he had surgery and could not reply to them so they closed the ticket. Dont know if they marked him as spam

Bro let the guy try what he want . Its community so let him . He didnt cuz the ban so might recover it and get unbanned
@xyrem im not trying to appeal . my account is hacked/stolen i dont have access to it and im contacting support since month no help at all
Xyrem and I are not on the player support team so we can't view or resolve tickets, I recommend making a ticket with evidence that your account was compromised so a player support agent can help you
okay i understand that but if player support not replying to me since a month ? im trying to recover account and there is no help from them on twitter or tickets ? what can i do ?
i came here just to try to get anyhelp or advice after i gave up from tickets . like i know guys you doing hardjob and not a lot of free time . but i play once a while and its the only account i spend on it like 4k even i dont play that much so im trying anything to have it back
