I’m a slender myself. Of course there are some toxic ones, but toxic people can be found in any group.
And if they didn’t exist, You would still find a group of people to say is ruining Roblox.
As for rogangsters most of my interactions with them are really friendly and funny.

People are still nice on the platform. Also, simple does not equal good. Roblox is more complex but it's still good.

They're honestly normal ROBLOXians just like us. If they want to express themselves by wearing a slender avatar or copy-and-paste, let them be.
If they get toxic, as multiple people said, block them. They're humans too (maybe my age) and they'll grow out of their behavior.
