i mostly use emulatorgames.net and romsmania.cc to download ds and gba pokemon roms
the ds emulator i use is desmume and the gba emulator is visualboyadvance. for 3ds games i use citra (but an open gl 3.2 version cuz my computer sucks)
pretty sure the authorities will not break into your house and seize your computer if you download roms lol
