Im having constant 2k ping without reason,i dont have same issue in other websites and this is sucks,servers sometimes goes down tho and roblox still didnt care about it,im planning to quit roblox soon.

yes, roblox servers are suck.
But on a serious note tho, it depends on the games you're playing, time of day and graphics levels. Also dependant on if you have updated your PC or not. Pretty sure you didn't try to look into the problem and just dismissed it as a whole.

Why not just put lower graphics? So you wannna go in settings go to graphic level then put automatic and put the blue line on 1.
