tell me why you ban new members randomly? I saw a ton of new people getting banned WITHOUT ANY MESSAGES OR SOMETHING.

These aren't random.
They're spam bot accounts; however you don't ever see them post because their posts are filtered and sent to a queue where a moderator checks the post to ensure it's not in violation of rules.
Some posts by new members are also sent to the queue if they contain links or specific keywords, however this usually stops happening when you become an Active Member (or if a certain amount of posts in the queue are accepted).
