Why does Xbox avatars have a "grey" head? - Roblox Forum
Well, not sure why, but they used to have the head with the same color as the whole body, but not so long ago, their heads were grey. You can notice it even from Roblox shop.

The clothes are the skin colour. The faces are not with skin colour. It's the clothing decal.

Still looks very strange. They should try to make the whole thing with the same color as it used to be, in the past.
