Fallout 4 no audio and controller double input

Fallout 4 no character dialogue, only ambient sounds and sound effects, and double control input when launching from either HGL or Steam from desktop or game mode.

I already repaired the game in Heroic Launcher, reinstalled and verified BA2.

switch to GE-Proton-latest and run it again. if you have further problems, enable verbose logging and post a new log

Please follow these instructions on using GE-Proton:

Head to the Wine Manager in Heroic, click the "GE-Proton" tab, and install "GE-Proton-Latest"
Head to the settings for your game(s) (icon on game card in library). In the "Wine Version" dropdown, select "Proton - GE-Proton-latest"
Rename your Wineprefix (path is shown in game settings), e.g. from

current-name
```

current-name
```
to
```
current-name_bak
```
```
current-name_bak
```
. To clarify: Rename the actual folder on your hard drive, do not change the option in the game settings.
Note: This will make game-specific configuration data (e.g. in-game settings or save files) unavailable. If this is an issue, let us know & we'll help you restore them.

how do i make that override? so far ive not been able to find how to on google nor a mention of this override in the gog version
