I need help with a request
I got a ban saying val 152 a while ago, i sent a few tickets because it is 100% a false ban and i am CERTAIN it is, and i got bot responses from blitzcrank saying they will "look into it", they never did, just closed the ticket and didnt think twice about it, i need help with this, ive tried everything.
