Dash 191 update

Hi there! I have a small question regarding the Dash update process. Currently, I have version 1.9.0 installed at: C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Programs\Polygonflow\Dash When I try to update to version 1.9.1, the installer by default selects a different path: C:\Dash 1. Is this expected behavior, or should I manually select the original path (C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Programs\Polygonflow\Dash) during installation? 2. Alternatively, should I uninstall version 1.9.0 first? If I do, will I lose the databases or custom setups I created in 1.9.0? Thanks in advance!

Heya! @diav17 🙂 Yeah we changed the default installation location to avoid problems that some users had. So yeah it is expected. And for most updates, a uninstall ain't needed, but in this case, it feels like the smart move yeah. You can search for Uninstall Dash in Windows search to find our uninstaller. And no, you won't loose any data as long as you don't manually delete other folders 🙂 We store preferences and other data separately from the installer 🙂
