yeah the carbocation that is formed on the terminal is the most stable
if temp isnt mentioned we select the tcp product right
Temperature isn't mentioned means you didn't heat up the reaction
Then you'll most prolly get a mixture with the kinetic product dominating and some amount of thermodynamic product
So go with the kinetic one in that case imo
Concept (it's only applicable when the double bonds are in conjugation, otherwise use the general method of first making a carbocation that is most stable by doing rearrangement and then attack Br-)
