Cannot start steamwebhelper

Hello
I just rebooted and steam won't start. It's stuck in a loop trying to run steamwebhelper

Stacktrace 
steamwebhelper.sh[22447]: Starting steamwebhelper with steamrt steam runtime at /var/home/hallelouia/.local/share/Steam/steamrt64/steam-runtime-steamrt/_v2-entry-point
getopt: symbol lookup error: /lib64/libc.so.6: undefined symbol: __tunable_is_initialized, version GLIBC_PRIVATE


I did a ujust fix-reset-steam it did not work.
