I got wrongfully accused and suspended for smurfing on my only account.
I started playin val a lot this year and struggled a bit thru the low ranks and before the ban i hit Gold finally but me and a friend i duo'd with got banned about a day or two ago, because apparently quote, we have "manipulated our own rank or the rank of others with suspicious shifts in skill and unfair play which breaks user rules". Now when i first saw this i was really upset because this is my ONLY riot account in general, and this is the only riot game I've ever played, and i had only just recently hit a new rank up. I was stuck in silver for 2 acts. That's only the first part though. Because the friend i duo' d with did have a peak rank of diamond back in the day and was trying to rank back up after his girlfriend used his account a ton and deranked him all the way down to Gold (my now peak). He got unbanned before me even and can play the game right now while being in an unfair advantage of knowledge and such (aka Smurfing). How is it that i am still banned, until 12/11/2025 actaully, and he got unbanned in like the next day? Iahvent even got a response back that wasn't just Ai or some bot automation.
