Sorry I've not really looked through the logs fully ... but question ... what url do you have in your browser when you are going to this ? ... is it an IP address or a hostname that ends in .lan or .local, or is it some other hostname that you use ? basically look in your moonraker.conf for the cors_domains block if one of those lines doesn't match how you are getting to the webUI it won't work ... add a pattern that will match and restart.
I'm using IP as I was having other issues using ratos.local. I'll give that a try though and update. Thanks
thats probably not it then ... it was just something I came across when I installed RatOS recently, assuming your IP range is 192.168.x.x or 10.x.x.x it should already be covered
Ok. Well once tou get a chance to look through all the logs let me know then
I'm not 100% sure ... but the only obvious error in the logs is "{"level":50,"time":1750203565156,"pid":958,"hostname":"RatOS","source":"frontend","type":"TypeError","msg":"Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'getYAccelerometerName')","stack":"TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'getYAccelerometerName')\n at Analysis (http://192.168.86.53/configure/_next/static/chunks/app/analysis/page-0e426e9e1f52c404.js:51:12273)\n at wf (http://192.168.86.53/configure/_next/static/chunks/fa86fe2e-e962572a02b89204.js:9:38363)\n at $g (http://192.168.86.53/configure/_next/static/chunks/fa86fe2e-e962572a02b89204.js:9:53651)\n at rr (http://192.168.86.53/configure/_next/static/chunks/fa86fe2e-e962572a02b89204.js:9:111180)\n at gk (http://192.168.86.53/configure/_next/static/chunks/fa86fe2e-e962572a02b89204.js:9:88802)\n at http://192.168.86.53/configure/_next/static/chunks/fa86fe2e-e962572a02b89204.js:9:88624\n at Xe (http://192.168.86.53/configure/_next/static/chunks/fa86fe2e-e962572a02b89204.js:9:88631)\n at Ye (http://192.168.86.53/configure/_next/static/chunks/fa86fe2e-e962572a02b89204.js:9:86276)\n at gf (http://192.168.86.53/configure/_next/static/chunks/fa86fe2e-e962572a02b89204.js:9:85712)\n at MessagePort.P (http://192.168.86.53/configure/_next/static/chunks/8458-94fd4fc7ee07d7b5.js:25:1665)"}"
something about the y axis accelerometer ?
I'm afraid that is the limit of what I can tell you. You'll need to wait for someone more knowledgeable than me.
Thanks, Ill wait then! appreciate it
I have the exact same issue
This is big issue, effecting many installs with latest revision and this (it seems) is critical and required to setup a printer. Without it, cannot proceed. I've gone back and done a complete re-install and still same thing. Hopefully someone from ratos project can let us know what's going on.

Hi there, we are curently working on a fix for the issue. In the meantime please skip the parts of the comissioning guide that tell you to use the realtime analyzis, the remaining Ressonance compensation and belt tuning will still work and lead to good results. Realtime Analyzis is meant as a fine tuning auxiliary tool, not a necessity.
A fix has been pushed that should solve the issue
please update RatOs using the recommended procedure:
https://os.ratrig.com/docs/installation#updating-ratos
im still having the issue
new debug files
What issue exactly? I'm gonna need to know what you're looking at.
Provide as many details as you can
when i click on realtime analysis so i can do my input shaper calibrations i get this message. everything else ive tried has been working so i think this is the only issue i have

Go into the wizard and make sure you have an accelerometer selected for your toolboards.
You don't need to save the changes to your config, but they need to be selected.
Seems like you've selected one of the toolhead accelerometers in the analysis tool and then later removed them in the wizard.
I didn't select anything in the analysis tool as i was never able to access it and i never removed anything from the wizard after the initial set up. Odd now that i cant access that in the config either. The printer hardware list doesn't populate.

Solution
Go into printer selection, select a different printer, then select V-Core 4 IDEX again and pick "start fresh"
That should solve your issue
Looks like the data saved in moonraker is broken. Likely from configuring before updating to latest RC3.
looks like that worked! thanks!
hi, sorry to revive this thread, however, despite having it working prior to a reboot, its now broken again. i had it working after i noticed the updater locked up and failed silently with a npm update, and thats literally all i did to make it work. i have verified the accelerometers are set to the onboard toolheads as dictated above, but for some reason its not loading at all. I'm only presented with a generic error

settings just to post them
idk exactly how i fixed it, but it took another reinstall, updating, and reflashing of everything to work. 🤷
