Domain registration email says unsuccessful but still charged
I tried to purchase a domain 2 days ago and received an email sayign it was not successful however my card still got charged for it. I reached out to support but still have not received any feedback, is there anything else I can do here?

Please use the /link command to authenticate with your Cloudflare account and link it to your Discord user. This helps Cloudflare employees access your details more quickly and provide support. It also makes future support requests easier, since your account will already be linked.

it looks like the domain in the ticket was purchased from GoDaddy, not from Cloudflare Registrar
Thanks for looking into it actually. I did that afterwards, but i received a charge from CF for it. When i attempted it i got a failed email from CF but still got my card charged for the transaction.
If nothing can be done I'll just close this thread and start working on the other products i want to implement from the CF suite. Quite a few offerings are available now 😁 i was trying to do everything under 1 roof
