The game shows constant 20-24ms while the gameplay is super laggy like wtf?

Hi Wamza! The loss replay is a simulation and it does not necessarily reflect what actually happened in the game.

I had 20 ms during the game and the enemy kept teleporting

I totally get it, that is not what happened in the game at all, the enemy didn't actually teleport but in my view he stopped running and due to the lag he just appeared behind me. And I had 20ms constantly before being killed.
That sounds like the enemy might have turned off their Wi-Fi to walk behind you and then turn it back on. That way it would look like he teleported because of bad connection.
I suggest reporting the player in-game for using exploits if you think this might be the case.
Maybe it's ur device bro
