What is "your host"? This error comes from pointing at another Cloudflare account without them configuring their side for it
hosting.discloud.app
as you can see, two subdomains pointed to the same, but only admin.valora.cash works
So discloud.app is an external service to you, right?
You need to get them to add both subdomains as Custom Domains on their end allowed to be used
