Diappearing over Horizon
Can a flat earther explain to me why a boat, or the sun disappears over the horizon bottom up? Because to my knowledge that only happens on a curved globe

Angular resolution is what's going on and it has nothing to do with curve or globe. Angular resolution happens in reality and one cannot assume it's because of anything else when it's not.
The shortest angle from your perspective dissapears first. That's why we have "bottom up obstruction". The phenomenon is possible on known flat surfaces. Thus not exclusive to a curved surface.
As you can see over a vertically flat surface the effect happens and on a flat driveway it's demonstrated with a boat.

And as you can see here the team from national geographic demonstrates it whilst claiming it's due to "earth curve" that the bottom stripe isn't fully visible yet the horizon is behind the striped board showing the curve couldn't have begun yet.
perfect example of angular resolution.
