In what way is this riots fault

Butās whoās choice is it to smurf?
Thats like saying "who's choice is it to cheat" but whatever. Riot is recently now banning smurf accounts so maybe his will also be banned. This isnt Riots fault but they are making sure this wont happen as it is affecting their revenue and player count.
When will they make an option to report smurfs ?

The thing is though if our most of our species werenāt horrible people,then this wouldnāt be a problem. It is riots fault for not banning people, but this wouldnāt be an issue if there were no smurfs or cheaters

No they are banning for smurfing. In one of the recent dev log there will be a new report option for smurfing
Not alt accounts but smurfing.
Alt accs are allowed but smurfing isnt
how do people rank up their alt accounts than?
do they just have to play decent and not go crazy?
