Please advise
Please advise- "Error You are only able to open 1 ticket at once" I was one of those who was affected by Serenity's spontaneous bans today am trying to produce a ban appeal - I have no tickets open. What are my next steps? I'm not trying to undermine the system, this is the only way I'm currently able to reach for support.

Yeah, it would be cool if you can open 2-3 tickets to handle it better in Discord even me waited a long time for one ticket and had basically so many stuff for another ticket to report players cheating/abusing or doing other shit.
@Robotic or @Mr Lonely needs to go through and manually delete the “open” ticket

Just a bug with the bot where sometimes the ticket isn’t closed properly
