Please advise
Please advise- "Error You are only able to open 1 ticket at once" I was one of those who was affected by Serenity's spontaneous bans today am trying to produce a ban appeal - I have no tickets open. What are my next steps? I'm not trying to undermine the system, this is the only way I'm currently able to reach for support.
