I was just putting all of my sprinklers including master sprinkler on the plot and placed the beanstalk near them but when I came back after an hour its a dwarf beanstalk this is why I hate this game

You should pick up the beanstalk and see it's weight, there is a bug where if you have a very heavy fruit it can shrink

Are you referring to the plant or the produce? Because sprinklers only affect produce size, not the actual plant's size.
