When I try to research a harddrive, nothing happens

I'm playing singleplayer, its a brand new world (less than 2 hours played) Debug zip and modlist are both attached.

Solution:

turns out that I am an idiot and one of my mods makes harddrive research require 3 harddrives instead of 1.. :D
