Is it server time? Total game time? Is it permanent? Temporary? If you quit you keep it?

Playtime luck appear by pure chance when joining a random server. You have to keep server hopping until you find a server with a playtime luck board. It is not permanent and depends on how long you stay in the server. 75 minutes being +100% extra luck, but I'm not sure what it applies to. It could be crop mutations or more luck with seed packs or eggs. If you leave the server with a playtime board, it'll reset and won't go to other servers.

So if you leave you lose it unless ur lucky enough to go into another server with it

Its only in some servers. Based on how long you stay in the server, it boosts chance of crop mutations.
