A few keys are enteriing multiple letters for a single key press.
I'm not backspacing anything iini this message to hopefully show what is happening. II've used this corne for over a year without issues, so I'm hping there's just a simple fiix. It is maiinly the letter i but occassionally a few other letters wiill do the same, or wiiill enter out of sequence.
Is thhere a good troubleshooting techniique? III've fallen in love with my Corne and would hate to go back to a standard layout.

Since you've used your Corne for over a year, the most likely culprits are the switches themselves or the hotswap sockets.
Here's what you can try:
1. Check the switch:
* Carefully remove the problematic switch (e.g., the 'i' key switch).
* Inspect the two metal pins on the bottom of the switch. Sometimes, they can get bent, causing intermittent contact. If they are bent, gently straighten them with tweezers.
* If the pins look fine, the switch itself might be faulty. Try replacing it with a known working switch from a less-used key (like a function key) or a spare switch if you have one.
2. Check the hotswap socket:
* With the switch removed, look into the hotswap socket on the PCB.
* Ensure the two small metal contacts inside the socket are not bent or pushed in too far. You can gently try to bend them slightly outwards to ensure better contact with the switch pins.
* If you're comfortable with soldering, you can also try reheating the solder joints on the back of the hotswap socket to ensure a solid connection to the PCB.

Swaping the switch appears to have fixed the letter i, so I'm going to test with other repeating keys as I notice them.
