GUYS I GOT THE 25 VP BUT I COULDNT GET THE SKIN ON TIME

i js submitted mine
6 off and i got 9 hrs
my friend got his overnight
other friend got it in like 2 hours
could it be off of the time of day they sent it
i js been waiting for this skin for months
could be
the guy who got it overnight sent it at like 9pm gmt+6
the 2hr guy was 1pm ish gmt+6
i got a friend who said it took like 2 days minimum and hes done it multiple times
time to wait 2 more years for singularity deag to hit my shop again
maybe add onto the ticket u have and say it’s urgent since u dont have much time left?
i got it about an hour ago
but from what ik adding onto tickets make things take longer
