Just paid for this month but apparently I have an invoice from 668 days ago that failed?
How is this possible? Wouldn’t my uploads have been cut off or I been unable to pay for every other month since then?

You can view all your previous invoices, including details about their payment status, by clicking the green subscription card in the Ente app and selecting "Manage payment method". If a payment failed, you'll also find an option to retry the charge there. See: https://help.ente.io/photos/faq/subscription#how-can-i-update-my-payment-method
