account keep getting hacked
i have my original signup email but everytime whatever i did, they kept hacking my account eventhough i have 2fa on and authenticator app on.

i retrieved it then changed the pass added all securities
but they kept getting through, i dont know if they had access to my original sign up email
can i deactive using original sign up email to retrieve?
or request a new email so they cant break through?
Create a new email and recover it to that
FYI if you recover your account too many times, they lock the account forever.
So whatever you do, be wise.

nope, i have the original sign up email i registered using my work email but somehow i recovered it multipletimes just to get hacked
Have you ever shared the account with anyone? Signed into 3rd party websites using your riot login credentials?
Sharing would include friends, buying boosting services, skin services etc.
not at all, i just recovered it yesterday turned on 2fa, authenticator from app and chanfed my pass
the next hour i couldnt even get in

i think they got through my email which i changed my password a lot and phone number but somehow still got through

i wonder if there's a way to deactivate recovering with original sign up email or using a new email to recover the account

Once you recover it do the following
- re-enable 2FA if it’s been turned off
- change email to your email
- unlink any linked accounts if there are any
- Click the “Log of out Everywhere” button on your account page
And if you believe your email has been compromised then do not use it for the email for your account
this is exacrly what i've done after i recovered it
i added even more security
5 hours later i can't login

its something to do with the sign up email that been compromised

When you do recover to your original email, are you not able to change the email quickly?
i did change it
it's my original sign up email that can't be safe anymore

kinda did everything including changing my email password and numbers multiple time
Make email on the phone and change the email of your account from the phone
Cant know the new email

then suddenly no notification it got hacked again

i think the only way is to stop recovering method through my original sign up email

And check the device there and block them
But after few time of recovery it should stop and get locked account

You have a trojan on your computer
try any means to remove it
then go ahead and recover your account
reinstall windows
dont save anything other than documents and important stuff
