EA App on MacOS

I think I am doing something wrong and I hope you guys can help me. I am struggling on getting the EA App installed. It used to work a few months ago, as I found this guide on reddit:

But now it crashes and won't finish the installation...
Do you have a solution for this?
I am using the latest OS Sequoia on a MBP M1 Max, running the latest version of Heroic...
