Ban Appeal
Hi, I have been recently HWID banned for cheating. I have never used any cheating tools or software. last time I tried launching valorant before the ban it said I needed to restart my PC. I ignored it and relaunched only riot client instead and it let me in the game. Earlier that day I updated aimlabs,
and I used steam's local network sharing to download it faster on my other device while valorant was running. I also have some cracked games but no cheats for any other game. I contacted player support and they said there is nothing they can do to help me, not even telling me what program caused the ban so I can avoid getting flagged when the ban period is over. Thank you for your time.

Yeah I forgot to mention this, they told me the account is not banned. Only the PC.

This not ban this locked prob account buying and owner try to recover it many times or login from multiples location
should be easy to fix with player support if you are the owner
and no duration time it will stay like that till you contact support
Actually I was trying to change the region, and this thing showed.
The id is my friend's, and he has not opted to log in for even a single time.
While i was trying to change the region, when i mentioned that the account was not creted by me, this thing popped up
gg you cooked your self account sharing is aginst TOS of riot games
tell your friend to contact the support and give them the info they need

i have the complete access over my id, there is no multiple logins also

Contact support, tell them to reinstate the account if they decline then you can wait until the account hold is over (if ever)

If the account was shared, which breaks Riots ToS, I don’t see it being unlocked
But you can submit a ticket with support about the situation

They can take up to 72 hours to respond. How long ago did you submit the ticket
they have the records, they can check that the account is being accessed for one device only
and also there are no records of smurfing or boosting
If the account was made by someone else using their information but you access it and play it, it still counts as account sharing

that's just a temporary lock because someone tried to hack your acc, contact player support to unlock it

No, it has to be removed by a support agent, given the fact that you confirmed you are not the owner, account is locked cause of “account sharing”
