Time glitch

Why is this achievement delayed for more than 1 month? I am 100% sure that this is the initial login that I used while creating my account. Also, the Golden Dynasty Themed Mode showcased me with 01/2019. Also, the sorting of achievement according to completion time is also not in order. Why is that so? Is my account glitched?
