I'm not sure how you managed to get such a low resolution screenshot, it's kinda impressive
>screenshot
To take a screenshot, press windows key, shift, and s at the same time, then drag the box around what you want to send. Once you have done that, you can press ctrl+v to paste the image into discord, then send.
Trying to help a friend over discord screenshare
can you send the second image again? we have a bot autoresponse for the text in it
I don't remember what the text is offhand
You can properly clean webview2 using https://github.com/ShadowWhisperer/Remove-MS-Edge/raw/refs/heads/main/Remove-EdgeWeb.exe, then reinstall webview using the Evergreen Bootstrapper from https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/?form=MA13LH#download
yup
I told my friend to try this
He opened 1st remover, a CMD popped up then closed itself
Then I told him to run bootstrapper as admin
nothing popped up

The Webview2 runtime on your system is broken somehow. You can properly clean it up using https://github.com/ShadowWhisperer/Remove-MS-Edge/raw/refs/heads/main/Remove-EdgeWeb.exe, then reinstall it using the Evergreen Bootstrapper from https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/?form=MA13LH#download. You may need to run the Bootstrapper as admin for it to succeed.

try restarting the computer? it's something in the windows/microsoft/your computer side failing, we don't control how webview works
Already done
Steps he took
Launch remover as admin. -> CMD Pop up appeared then closed
Launch bootstrapper as admin. -> Nothing happened
PC Restart -> Error still shows
can we add and run the mods directly in the game files without using an application?
not sure there's much else we can do then, sounds like something is whack with that computer in specific
you can also use the ficsit-cli application
>cli
Ye we ll see

A CLI tool for managing mods for the game Satisfactory - satisfactorymodding/ficsit-cli
it doesn't need webview
it is possible, but we offer no support for manually installing mods, see the docs for more info
compatible with sfmm profiles?
unfortunately not yet
oof
assuming you are both on windows clients, you could zip and send your mods directory, but that's certainly still not the greatest situation
