SciChart Library Problems
Found an old thread that I put a message in, but realiozed that its been marked as solved so Im starting a new thread to be sure it doesn't get lost. Im having some version problems with SciChart when doing the initial resonance analysis during the comissioning process. Here's a screenshot of the error and another of the setup of my ratos, which all seems correct and up to date. Anybody have this issue and/or know how to fix?

wow,. not sure how I didn't see the other message just a few days ago. A simple search for SciChart error didn't even bring it up. Oh well, I guess discord has better features to override not such great search system.
Having the same issue here. Suspect this is the same as what happened 6mo ago (6mo license) and requires an update from devs?
Seeing this too. I think until the devs update the installed version and push an update for ratos-configurator, this will stay.
Hopefully someone can bring this to their attention. Seems pretty crazy that this is happening . This issue was reported at least on Tuesday of this past week, it's effecting every single user who is on latest version, and not a single update. Though I am sort of confused as to the relationship between R atRig and RatOs. Is it just a project that seems like it's part of the company and really isn't? I had assumed this was something that employee(s) of the company work on.

I apologize, @Kevin Claypool , I finshaed that at like 2am last night and was so tired went to bed. Complete re-install, same thing
One thing Im unsure of,t he version that we are directed to use is tagged as pre-release. There is a release version, but it's from 2023. I wonder if going back to that would work. But it';s so out of date it's probably not worth it. The github project almost seems like it's abandoned though. The last PR was closed in March, before that it was January, and there are open ones from 2021.
Hi there, we are curently working on a fix for the issue. In the meantime please skip the parts of the comissioning guide that tell you to use the realtime analyzis, the remaining Ressonance compensation and belt tuning will still work and lead to good results. Realtime Analyzis is meant as a fine tuning auxiliary tool, not a necessity.
A fix has been pushed that should solve the issue
