Uploading Mods to a local server hosted with AMP on separate hardware running windows 11.

Hey all, hope this is the right place to ask this. But pretty much the title. I've got a server setup using Cubecoders AMP on a laptop I use for such things. It works perfectly fine for vanilla but wanted to get some quality of life mods installed and I'm not exactly sure how to go about getting the mod files onto the server. I've read the mod guide but it's not making any sense to me, so I'm hoping someone can explain it like I'm 5. Details of my setup if it helps. My main gaming rig connects to laptop(server) using a VPN KVM (sorry, typed the wrong thing). The laptop is an I5, 32GBDDR4RAM, GTX 1600 with a 2TB M.2 SSD. Home network is 2.5GBps. A friend set it all up for me and I know a bit of how it works, but I'm by no means an expert.

Yes, that's the guide I was reading. I did see that, was exactly sure what that meant. I will reach out to them. Thanks.
