Routes not being added to routing table after being added to warp

I have a weird issue where a very specific /24 will not add to the routing table of both windows & macOS computers. The subnet above & below it will work, however both a /23 & /25 do not show up in the routing table.

When adding a route manually on windows, it works just fine.

The subnet in question: 172.18.197.0/24
