R2 is down again—this just cost me another whole day!
I paid all the bills and resubscribed to R2 on the 18th. It worked for a few days until today, the 22nd, when R2 was shut down again—and I still can’t resubscribe! I’ve had enough! Nobody can be reached, everything is just bugs, and now my entire business is ruined! I pay hundreds of dollars every month for R2, and this is how you treat me?!

Please do not post your question in multiple channels/post it multiple times per the rules at #😃welcome-and-rules. It creates confusion for people trying to help you and doesn't get your issue or question solved any faster.

Thank you. The service has been down for a full day now, and this time it’s not because of an unpaid bill—it’s due to a Cloudflare bug that inexplicably disabled my R2 again, with no way to re-enable it. I’m in an extremely urgent situation and can’t afford to wait days for a support ticket to be resolved.
The reason I’m so desperate is that when R2 was suspended for overdue payment before, it only took an hour or two to resubscribe. But this time, I’ve been unable to resubscribe for over 10 hours! I'm actively working with the files in R2, not just using it for backup storage!
