is there any way to use Cloudflare on-premise?
what I mean by this is being able to run the cloud flare infrastructure on your own machines meaning that even if those get disconnected from the Internet your service is the work to those connected to this private network.
it would be very nice if there was a way to “licence cloudflare” based on the number of vCPUs, or even some other option where they make just as much money as if I was wanting it on their platform but just doing it locally

I understand your question now. You're looking for a way to run Cloudflare's infrastructure on your own machines, essentially creating a private instance of Cloudflare that can function even when disconnected from the internet. You'd like to explore licensing options that would allow you to run Cloudflare's technology on-premises, potentially based on the number of vCPUs or another pricing model.
According to the provided documentation, there isn't a direct mention of licensing Cloudflare's infrastructure for on-premises deployment. However, I can suggest some related information that might be helpful.
Cloudflare does offer a product called Cloudflare for Platforms, which is designed for SaaS providers and platforms to build scalable, secure, and performant applications. While this isn't exactly what you're asking for, it does provide some insight into Cloudflare's approach to platform-level solutions.
In the Workers for Platforms documentation, it's mentioned that Cloudflare provides a "robust foundation for building multi-tenant SaaS applications with strong isolation, global distribution, and scalable performance." However, this is still a cloud-based solution, not an on-premises deployment.
I couldn't find any information on licensing Cloudflare's infrastructure for on-premises use. It's possible that this might be a custom or enterprise-level solution that would require direct discussion with Cloudflare's sales or support teams.
If you're interested in exploring this further, I recommend reaching out to Cloudflare's sales or support teams to discuss your specific requirements and see if they can provide any guidance or options for on-premises deployment.
