Cant Upload anything to my Pro trinket 5V/16Mhz

Hi All, can someone help me get my pro trinket to work? In my eyes i do everything correct but it looks like arduino is not uploading anything to it. 1. Trinket is listet in system manager, 2. Driver is installed on it. 3. Pro trinket 5V/16Mhz is selected in arduino 4.USBtinyISP is used as programmer. 5. I click the reset button on the trinket and then try to upload a strandtest but its not working. I tried varius different orders with uploading and button pressing. Always this error Der Sketch verwendet 3990 Bytes (13%) des Programmspeicherplatzes. Das Maximum sind 28672 Bytes. Globale Variablen verwenden 41 Bytes des dynamischen Speichers. avrdude: Error: Could not find USBtiny device (0x1781/0xc9f) Fehlgeschlagene Programmierung: Hochladefehler: exit status 1 Do i overlook something?
