voice XP not adding for some members
Some members don't get XP when in VC's
User: 1020040264024330290
Channel: 1386752303154987151
server: 1308993378616344638
No errors in logging channel, no roles above the bots, other users in the same channel, with same permissions get XP. The user has never gained XP before
Conclusion: When a user hasn't previously gained XP through messages, they have an inability to gain XP through Voice Calls

Ok, after digging into this more it looks like the user gained 49 XP the first time they were in VC according to our logs, however you might not have noticed because the XP is not added instantly and can take up to 60 seconds before being applied.
However, if you notice that this issue occurs again with a different user please let us know via another support post so we can look into it more....

If this is an issue in your server, make sure you've included your server's ID (This can be found on the
/ping
command), as well as which users are having this issue.
Once your question has been answered, you can mark your question as solved via Right click solution message -> Apps -> ✅ Mark Solution
to help others find the solution via Answer OverflowAfter the user sent a message and gained XP through messages, they can now gain XP though Voice Chats, this is a temporary solution but I still think you guys should know about it

@Plink if possible, could you provide me timestamps of when the user joined and left VC for the first time and revived no XP?
