An annoying bug has been discovered in the mod - the pipeline is not attached to the upper output (Top Out) in the programmable separator. I did not check the other dividers and connectors, as I do not use them. Sorry for the clumsy English, I don't speak it.

I will add: the large programmable splitter is connected correctly, but there is a problem with installing the splitters one on top of the other - they are not installed on top, but fall inside.
Solution
You're not supposed to stack them.
The connection problem is being solved - the logistics center version 1.0 had to be completely removed. Blueprint from save 1.0 also breaks splitters. Positioning error

I guess you could nudge them. Press H while in build mode
