It seems like the autorouter might be the issue, as the traces aren't showing up on the PCB, whereas in the schematic, all traces are visible.
you should absolutely investigate further
if you report the autorouter in a bug report, you may be able to figure out why
dig in- definitely something is very wrong

yeah using exact same,
only GND is works due to which is added in CommonNetNames in core. @shibo those net label you are using all preset in CommonNetNames, then should i need to add these missing netname in it, or any other to use?
