Business Plan Downgraded Despite Payment

Hi all,
I'm experiencing an urgent issue with my Cloudflare account.

Even though I recently completed payment for the Business Plan, my account suddenly reverted back to the Free Plan, and features available under Business are no longer accessible.

  1. Billing information looks correct
  2. Payment went through successfully
I submitted a support ticket more than 24 hours ago, but I haven’t received any response yet. This issue is time-sensitive and affecting our operations.

Has anyone dealt with a similar issue or know how to escalate this better?
