My OS is Ubuntu 24.04. I have installed on server Enhance panel, and cpguard.
Check
cscli version you most likely isntalled an old versionwe have a section about ESM/Pro ubuntu https://docs.crowdsec.net/u/getting_started/installation/linux#install-security-engine which states how to get the latest version if you are on those plans
