Vanilla Greenhouse Unlock question

I have trouble Unlocking the Vanilla Greenhouse from the coressponding mod (see Screenshot). What is the actual prerequisite? Do I just need more "source research" and vanilla MAM doesn't know how to show that? Or is it because I don't have water unlocked yet? (Since the building needs water)

Solution:

It just needed all of the prior research finished.
